Two Months Have Passed Since I Wrote My Note..

I should have known this right from the start.

Well after a hectic Xmas and NewYear I felt it was time at the beginning of Feb 2008 to get things moving. I cleared about 2/3 of the plot (40 ft) and removed most of the obvious obstructions.

Netting..

My neighbour's brassicas are netted off against Pigeons! Rats with wings and as we are near a station I can imagine what a pain in the backside they will be in the Summer...

More Artichokes..

I've stuck a few of my own chokes in to see how they do next to the big boys...
I may need to thin them away from the main body for them to catch the sun better...we'll see..
